Belmadar was engaged by the Wollondilly Shire Council to construct the Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre.

The $22 million 350+ seat Performing Arts Centre will provide a state-of-the-art local venue for music, theatre, exhibitions and civic events. It consists of:

• Front of house foyer, bar and amenities.
• All services including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, IT and comms (NBN), * Technical Theatre and AV, Tension Wire Grid, and Lift.
• Back of house areas include a loading dock, kitchen, dressing rooms, green room, technical offices and storage rooms.
• A first-floor area includes office space, meeting room and a rehearsal room and a technical control room.
• External works and a new substation.

The construction of the Performing Arts Centre provides local economic stimulus, construction jobs and more employment – supporting local businesses and the broader Wollondilly community.
