Wingecarribee Shire Council has appointed Belmadar to refurbish the Bowral Memorial Hall, located in the heart of Bowral. 

With special attention paid to the building’s original heritage facade, Belmadar has transformed the hall for the future. This multi-use building, originally constructed in 1884, now features a modern auditorium fit for unamplified music performances with improved acoustics. The space has also been designed to accommodate a wide range of conferences, cultural performances and community events.

Other improvements include the installation of a new roof and lifts, upgraded kitchen and bathroom facilities and provision of access for all abilities.

The refurbishment works and modifications have been designed to meet patrons’ and hall users’ current and future needs. We are proud to have successfully delivered this project for the Wingecarribee Shire Council and the community.
