I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the hard work the team at Belmadar have done on our recent childcare fitout project in Forrest ACT. Belmadar have been nothing short of an exceptional contractor on this project and we anticipate that our relationship will continue well into the future based on their performance. Belmadar were invited to tender on this project with very short notice and issued a very challenging program in order to meet the client's program. While the project is not complete at the date of this reference they are well and truly in front of the program and the only tenderer who could commit in the delivering of the project for both the clients budget and program. What is most impressive about their performance is that they have managed to successfully deliver additional works requested by the landlord totalling more than half of their contract value within the same period with no delay."
