Belmadar was engaged by the Central Coast Leagues Club (CCLC) through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process to transform their club for the future. This development will reposition the Club in the community and provide flexibility for future development. Ensuring the Club's long-term sustainable future whilst continuing to provide world-class club amenities to members and other key stakeholders.
 
This Design and Construct project involved the full refurbishment of the club including a new food and beverage precinct, coffee shop, refurbished gaming area, new external terraces, lift access from basement carpark and a new VIP Gaming area. The project was completed over 2 stages.  
 
The project involved heavy emphasis on detailed joinery, audio visual installation, lighting, and services upgrades.
