Belmadar is excited to be able to announce it has been engaged by Saint Ignatius' College Riverview to build a new state-of-the-art S.T.E.M.P. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths & Physical Education) Wingaru Building. The new five-story S.T.E.M.P. facility will be one of the most significant building endeavours the College has undertaken since the development of the iconic sandstone Arrupe building, completed in 1930. Building works have been structured around the delivery of their educational program to ensure the continuity of teaching and learning.

The building comprises of adaptable teaching and learning spaces, shared general learning spaces for interdisciplinary and project-based learning, six dedicated house areas - providing more significant equity among houses, co-located staff rooms - fostering accessibility and approachability between educators while building greater professional connections, Covered Outdoor Learning Area (C.O.L.A) and newly landscaped areas reflecting the site's heritage with spaces for outdoor learning, recreation and storytelling.

This project will mark the creation of an educational precinct connecting Wingaru to the O'Neil Wing. We are excited to work with Saint Ignatius' College Riverview to deliver this contemporary and innovative space that will benefit future generations.
