The Heritage listed building known as the CBC Bank Building was completed in 1925 and until 2008 was home to the Commercial Banking Company and then the National Australia Bank.

It is now a series of commercial tenancies to organisations such as Atlassian and Burberry. The project involves the rectification of the rear lane façade including lead paint removal, render and concrete repairs, repairs and renovation of the steel windows, lead parapet flashings and repainting. Belmadar is excited to again be working alongside the City of Sydney to deliver this project. The project will commence in June with planning works to start shortly.
