Belmadar was engaged to complete a physical containment level 2 (PC2) laboratory fit-out for an operational research facility within The University of Sydney. Works included the provision of new mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services, including installing medical gases and autoclave/backwash. The laboratory's location on the top floor of an occupied research facility required limiting noise and vibration during the fit-out. Additionally, minor structural works were needed to ensure the building's structural integrity during the works.
