Camden Council appointed Belmadar to construct a new community centre and sports amenities building adjacent to the Catherine Park Estate sports field. Catherine Park Estate is a master-planned community featuring schools, shopping precincts, cafes and restaurants, plus plenty of green areas, including playgrounds, an off-leash dog park, walkways and cycleways. The new 520m2 building will incorporate a hall, meeting room, foyer, kitchen, kiosk, storage, change rooms and amenities, and minor landscaping.
