Inner West Council commissioned Belmadar to construct the new 264m2 Emanuel Tsardoulias library for the growing community of Dulwich Hill. The space provides new storage areas, main reception, study space, kitchenette facilities, accessible toilets, adult and youth fiction sections, and a junior reading area.
