Belmadar carried out this refurbishment of Western Sydney University’s EK Building based in the heart of the Parramatta Campus. The purpose of the works was to upgrade building EK’s internal fabric and amenities, including electrical, lighting, communications, security and mechanical services. In addition to establishing two meeting rooms with facilities for Audio Visual capability in building EK and one in adjacent Building EJC at Parramatta South Campus. Being in the heart of the University, the project required intricate management and coordination of the works to ensure continuous university operations.
